Managed multiple PeopleSoft CRM/Billing projects simultaneously including Asset Management, Plate Transfer and Plate Denial. Larger Plate Transfer project used an Agile iterative based approach. Responsible for full project life cycle including change control, risk/issue and project initiation.  Projects were up to $1 million and 12 staff in size.

As Program Manager for Solution Delivery for the $750M Business Transformation (BT) project, developed change control, risk/issue and sub-project initiation processes.  Implemented Microsoft EPM for the workstream to provide resource balancing and enable sub-project coordination.

While leading the BT Resource Management workstream, established 2 year resource forecasts, onboarding/offboarding processes and monthly reconciliations with BT Finance group.  Worked with Facilities to tightly manage seating for a rapidly growing project.

Served as Sr Project Manager for multiple application implementation projects for client banks such as BMO, TD Canada Trust, and RBC.  Applications included 10 bank merger with RBC Centura, Reject Repair implementation and adding indirect banking services for Bank of Canada and Bank of America.

Rescued Reject Repair implementation for BMO after previous PM let go.  Addressed outstanding issues preventing remaining two site implementations. Tightly managed risks and go live events to address client concerns.

Managed merger of banking services of the 10 bank Alabama National Bank consortium with RBC Centura.  Tightly managed risks and go live events due to immovable deadlines fixed by the Fed.

Prepared forensic cost analysis of over budget projects and an all financial institution post implementation review for the troubled Common Edit-Reject Repair project suite.

PM for the OMNI infrastructure project on behalf of HP.  Deployed 5 Itanium Tandem servers and related infrastructure for use as development, user acceptance testing, and production environments for a continuously available, centralized customer information facility.  Made necessary network and network security changes and set-up automated monitoring and application deployment facilities.  Completed all deployments within extremely aggressive schedules dictated by CIBC receiving accolades for the same.

PM for the IDAP security infrastructure project on behalf of HP.  Project involves installing/ migrating 76 HIDS and 41 NIDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) from HP to CIBC.  Duties include managing work authorizations, tracking and reporting progress to clients and management, negotiating acceptance of changes with stakeholders, risk analysis.

Coordinator for the Nuclear Server Migration infrastructure project on behalf of New Horizons/CapGemini.  Project involved migrating 50 servers and over 9000 users.  Duties include preparing project plans using MS Project 2003 Enterprise, preparing gate documents, initiating work authorizations, tracking and reporting progress to clients and management, negotiating acceptance of formal gate documents with stakeholders, risk analysis.  Followed audited CMM procedures for all phases.

Accomplishments:

Project Delivery Coach for APMS products and services in NSW and ACT.  Performed project delivery coaching to large key clients.  Clients included ING Bank (using Prince2) and Perpetual Trustees (using Project Mentor).

The ING Bank project consisted of coaching 7 members of the Backend Systems Upgrade project.  Facilitated communication between end-users, sponsors, key team members, and the project manager.  Instructed team in best practices for their roles and effective use of PM methodology (Prince2).  The mission-critical project was extremely successful with accolades from senior management.

Rescued 3 CRM interfaces/API projects for a Customer Service Web Portal (NOL) successfully managing a team of 15.  This required redressing issues with vendors and internal stakeholders and improving coordination with other related teams.  Used the SDLC methodology in completing the requirements definition, systems analysis, design, and implementation.  JAD sessions were used for system design. Visio was used for ERD’s and to document interfaces to web middleware.  Interfaces were successfully used in online production applications within 3 months of delivery.

Managed innovation project consisting of the integration of an expert system tool into PeopleSoft CRM using the Inference product (ISAAC) and VBA.  The tool aided representatives to diagnose and route issues while on the phone.  Tool was successfully deployed to 5000 CSR’s with an immediate reduction of 20% of time on call.

Rescued a late-starting $15 million Y2K compliance project and led a multifunctional team that included end-user managers IT, customer service, product development, and facilities management departments.  Coordinated efforts with the corporate program office and gained the enthusiastic participation by all stakeholders. Project scope included Voice infrastructure and PeopleSoft CRM remediation, and rollover testing.  Successfully met deadlines with no significant issues.
