PM for the IDAP security infrastructure project on behalf of HP. Project involves installing/ migrating 76 HIDS and 41 NIDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) from HP to CIBC. Duties include managing work authorizations, tracking and reporting progress to clients and management, negotiating acceptance of changes with stakeholders, risk analysis. |

Rescued 3 CRM interfaces/API projects for a Customer Service Web Portal (NOL) successfully managing a team of 15. This required redressing issues with vendors and internal stakeholders and improving coordination with other related teams. Used the SDLC methodology in completing the requirements definition, systems analysis, design, and implementation. JAD sessions were used for system design. Visio was used for ERDs and to document interfaces to web middleware. Interfaces were successfully used in online production applications within 3 months of delivery.
Managed innovation project consisting of the integration of an expert system tool into PeopleSoft CRM using the Inference product (ISAAC) and VBA. The tool aided representatives to diagnose and route issues while on the phone. Tool was successfully deployed to 5000 CSRs with an immediate reduction of 20% of time on call.
Rescued a late-starting $15 million Y2K compliance project and led a multifunctional team that included end-user managers IT, customer service, product development, and facilities management departments. Coordinated efforts with the corporate program office and gained the enthusiastic participation by all stakeholders. Project scope included Voice infrastructure and PeopleSoft CRM remediation, and rollover testing. Successfully met deadlines with no significant issues. |
